An incentive is obviously something that is detailed to your employees or guests at the onset of an event, with the successful person or persons receiving the incentive at a later time.

We like to incorporate incentives or incentive packages into our conferences and events as it gives your team something to work towards. The incentive needs to be in theme to the event, or linked to the company in some way.

Or another one, you have used one of our fighter pilot keynotes at your conference and set some targets for the next 90 days. The successful team members who reach their targets could receive a fighter jet flight over the Hunter Valley.
