You've planned this great event, everything is going to plan, no drama's at all... and then "that" presenter gets up on stage and says,

"how's that up the back? Can you all hear me?"

and you think... "nice one, real professional".

We eliminate this happening in 2 simple steps, because let's face it presenter do sometimes feel the urge to ask such a question.

Our technical operators tackle this challenge by:

  1. introducing themselves to all presenters before their allocated presentation time and explaining how they will switch on their microphones etc. and discuss any special requirements the presenter may have.
  2. then, and this is the crucial point, they get the presenter to do a live test so that the presenter has the complete confidence that their voice will be heard.
